Sardinian Investment Group began with the entrepreneurial
initiatives of the Sardinian geometer Mario Mela with the
operation of serviced apartments. This lead into other areas
within the tourism property sector and resulted in a number
of very successful businesses operating in property development,
construction and Real Estate.
Great talent and business insight, together with deep knowledge
in the property sector, enabled Mr. Mela to create one of
the biggest, and most important, property groups in Sardinia,
with a reputable name, both within the Italian and international
markets.
S.I.G. was then established by combining
these various business initiatives to provide an investment
platform with the confidence of over 30 years experience
in the property sector.
S.I.G. has developed a business model which
differs from the aspirations of traditional property development
